Baguma Yeremia Masereka has served as MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) Assistant at KAWODA since June 2024, bringing strong data collection, research, and analytical skills to the organization’s program tracking and evaluation work. He is proficient across a wide range of digital data collection platforms, including Kobo Collect, ODK, Survey Solutions, CommCare, Survey123, and Survey CTO, alongside standard Microsoft Office tools.
His career has been built on extensive field research and enumeration experience, including roles as a Research Assistant with PUR Uganda, the Joint Effort to Save the Environment (JESE), and Catholic Relief Services, as well as an Enumerator with the Uganda Development Bank and the Uganda Bureau of Statistics — where he worked over multiple periods between 2014 and 2023. He also brings earlier experience as a Data Clerk and Research Assistant with Action for Community Development (ACODEV Uganda) and Kasese District Local Government.
Masereka is known for his strong analytical and leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage data collection and reporting under pressure — qualities that support KAWODA’s commitment to evidence-based program learning and accountability.
