Kibaba brings over a decade of sales, marketing, and plant operations experience to the role. He spent more than 12 years with Kyempara Farmers Cooperative Society Ltd’s sunflower processing plant in Kasese, progressing from Sales and Marketing Officer to Plant Operations Manager, where he led sales strategy, market analysis, client relationship management, and production tracking. He has also worked as a household data enumerator with Atacama Consulting on the Albertine Graben Refinery-affected communities survey.
Kibaba is known for his strong negotiation and client relationship skills, attention to quality and operational detail, and a track record of building and sustaining business growth in agricultural value chains.
